INTRODUCTION
We regard protection of personal data as a crucial and essential component of our systems and processes. In accordance with the regulation of the European Parliament and the European Council (EU) 2016/679, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter ‘GDPR’), and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (general regulation on protection of personal data), we hereby present the following declaration.

Purpose for Processing Personal Data
Offering of products and services on the basis of given consent of the data subject, per Article 6, paragraph 1, heading a) of the GDPR, processing necessary for meeting contractual relations between the Administrator and the data subject ensuing from the use of the products of the Administrator and the provision of services by the Administrator per Article 6, paragraph 1, heading b) of the GDPR.

Your personal data are not sent outside of the EU.
All other data are anonymised and used for improvement of our products and services.
Consent to the processing of personal data is given for a period of 10 years.
In the case of conclusion of a contractual relationship between the Administrator and you as the data subject, you are regarded as having given consent to the processing of personal data for the length of the said contract’s duration.

Telephone
In the event of orders by telephone, only the data necessary by law for realising the given order are processed. Telephone orders are processed only in exceptional cases.

Only data necessary for resolving the user’s request are processed. Telephone conversations may be monitored after prior announcement to the user. E-mail communications are archived and serve for purposes of improving our services or for addressing refunds.

Selected data could be used for marketing purposes after the previous active consent of the customer.
Data transferred during communication with customer support, whether by telephone, e-mail, contact form or in exceptional cases written correspondence, or via social media, will be used only for addressing the specific question or request.

By sending your personal resume to any e-mail address of the Administrator, or by using the online form “Contact Us”, you give your consent to our company being able to contact you and inform you about offerings of employment opportunities in our company. This consent is granted for a period of 5 years from the date of sending the form, and can always be ended. Ending consent can also be performed through the info@cesarandcharles.com.

Data from these sources are processed in the event of a reason under law.

- DANĚ-MZDY-ÚČETNICTVÍ s.r.o. for external accounting for the company

The deadline may in exceptional cases be extended by two months, which we will inform you within the deadline of one month from the receiving of the request, including the reason(s) for the deadline extension.

Before filing a complaint, we ask you please to contact our customer support, which will try to the maximum possible extent to address any problem connected to the processing of your personal data.
